Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain (Oracle Cloud SCM)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain (Oracle Cloud SCM) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support supply chain and ERP operations by partnering with business leaders and IT to improve systems, processes, and reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep Oracle Cloud SCM expertise, especially in Cost Management, to help translate business needs into practical solutions. This position will also play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operational performance and support strategic planning. Location: Remote Compensation: $119,872 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with IT and business teams to maintain ERP systems Prepare functional specifications for Oracle developers Drive improvements in systems and process implementation projects Work with stakeholders to define needs and develop improvement plans Contribute cross-functionally to strategic planning initiatives Develop solutions to operational challenges impacting business growth Analyze supply chain metrics to support operational reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, data analytics, or a related field 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle Cloud SCM and Cost Management 1-2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations with expertise in Costing Strong background in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud, including Inventory, Procurement, and Accounting modules Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights Benefits Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance Employee Assistance Program Pet insurance and virtual vet care PTO, holidays, floating holidays, and a volunteer day Retirement savings plan with employer matching Flexible scheduling and remote work where possible Paid parental leave and company events Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
