Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 3PL warehouse service, quality, fulfillment, and processing performance
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, fulfillment issues, and retailer escalations
• Monitor replenishment, cycle counts, valuation, and part supersession
• Lead parts quality campaigns, claims reviews, and corrective actions
• Analyze KPIs, improve processes, and optimize operational costs
Requirements:
• University degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
• Professional warehousing, logistics, or supply chain experience
• Experience managing 3PL performance and service-level compliance
• Advanced SAP, WMS, EDI, and inventory management knowledge
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
