Role Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our growing Procurement team. This role is responsible for supporting the procurement lifecycle from strategic sourcing through purchase order execution while ensuring suppliers meet project schedules, quality requirements, and contractual obligations. This position will play a critical role in ensuring major equipment and materials are sourced efficiently, contracts are administered professionally, and suppliers perform to project expectations. This work will directly support successful project execution by helping deliver critical mechanical infrastructure on schedule and within budget. The successful candidate will coordinate Requests for Proposal (RFPs), administer Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), issue and track purchase orders, and work closely with engineering, construction, project management, legal, finance, and suppliers. Experience with mechanical equipment used in commercial or mission-critical facilities is highly desirable. Travel: Up to 25% to project locations and manufacturing facilities for expediting, site visits, RFP requirements, and initial delivery management. Location: Denver, CO (3-day hybrid in-office role) Compensation: $90K - $115K (Offers Bonus) Essential Responsibilities Coordinate competitive sourcing activities, Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) Assist in administering Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), supplier contracts, and commercial terms Generate, issue, and maintain purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies Monitor purchase order status from issuance through delivery, proactively identifying schedule risks and expediting critical materials when necessary Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, contract files, and purchasing records Coordinate with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of equipment and materials Track supplier commitments, production schedules, shipping status, and delivery milestones Support supplier performance reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives Review quotations and proposals for completeness, commercial compliance, and technical coordination Ensure procurement documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolution of purchasing discrepancies Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationship management Education, Skills, And Experience Education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or construction procurement experience Experience in administe…
