About the team: The team plays a vital role in enhancing transportation network performance through detailed data analysis, operational reporting, and system management. It provides critical insights into carrier, lane, and regional performance, supporting strategic planning and accountability for key operational metrics. Collaborating across functions, the team drives process improvements and ensures accurate KPI visibility. Members contribute to maintaining transportation systems, managing performance scorecards, and resolving operational issues to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost management. What you'll do: Implement and improve supply chain and replenishment processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to enhance network efficiencies and support supplier compliance. Investigate root causes of shipping, receiving, inventory, and return exceptions to drive resolution. Provide guidance and act as liaison between field operations, suppliers, and transporters to ensure operational alignment. Lead process improvement initiatives using lean concepts and end-to-end costing methodologies to reduce waste and costs. Monitor performance metrics and support execution of business solutions aligned with customer and organizational goals.
