Optis Consulting is growing! We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, or Montreal teams. You will work as a part of a small team headed by an experienced Source-to-Pay consultant. This role will support the team in the development of solutions by interviewing key stakeholders, gathering, and organizing information, analyzing data, mapping processes, configuring software, coordinating activities, and preparing reports that summarize findings. We need our Senior Analysts to be confident, versatile, and passionate, with an ability to tackle new problems as we continue to help our customers to improve. They must be logical thinkers, have a strong ability to collaborate as part of a team and to manage ambiguous or uncertain situations. They must have exceptional communication skills, be adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership. RESPONSIBILITIES Stakeholder identification and analysis Change identification and impact analysis Assess the client organization’s change readiness, maturity, and attributes via project sponsors, stakeholders, and change team assessments Contribute to change strategies creation based on client readiness and desired future S2P (Source-to-Pay) state Build and develop a Change Management organization to support stakeholders through each of the implementation phases Collaborate with project and workstream leads to determine and define communication needs and methods Facilitate the design and delivery of training content, materials, and knowledge transfer to client's stakeholders and suppliers Deliver regular project updates, information, and communication to the wider client organization and project team Provide updates and reports to project and executive sponsors, as well as other stakeholders involved. REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of relevant experience in a consulting/professional services environment, or the procurement department of a company Experience with SAP Ariba is strongly preferred; or working with market-leading Source to Pay solutions, such as Ivalua, Coupa and GEP Experience leading small projects University degree or diploma in Supply Chain Operations, Information Technology Management, Business Operations Management, or International Business Management Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an asset SKILLS & ABILITIES Team player with strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage priorities and deadlines Strong written and oral skills are required, including an ability to clearly explain complex concepts Experienced with delivery and public speaking High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization Able to work with various teams and support multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively with employees within departments and across functions Aptitude for understanding how Optis solutions solve business problems Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customers make proper business decisions SPECIAL DEMANDS Ability to travel within Canada and the United States WORKING AT OPTIS We pride ourselves on being different from larger consulting firms by offering meaningful opportunities to make an impact and accelerate your career growth.
