ity, traceability, and fairness of rural supply chains. In this role, you will collaborate closely with producer cooperatives, local enterprises, and brand partners to launch pilot regenerative models with regional replication potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive baseline mapping and risk assessments of existing rural supply chains focused on natural materials.
• Develop and implement robust traceability systems linking smallholders and cooperatives with responsible buyers.
• Introduce and promote regenerative agricultural and livestock practices aimed at improving soil health and reducing emissions.
• Enhance the technical capacity and governance of local organizations.
• Ensure that field implementation aligns with established standards and certification frameworks.
• Document outcomes and create case studies that showcase community and environmental impacts.
Required Qualifications
• 8‑12 years of practical experience in sustainable sourcing, agricultural value chains, or ethical trade.
• Technical expertise in regenerative agriculture, natural‑fiber production, or supply‑chain traceability.
• Field experience in Southeast Asia or Africa is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, data management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Degree in agriculture, environmental science, or supply chain management; an advanced degree is preferred.
