Senior Account Manager

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, fostering strong and enduring relationships with key contacts. Responsibilities: Develop and nurture account relationships with key stakeholders Identify opportunities to further engage accounts by showcasing the wide range of services offered by Full Sail Logistics Design innovative solutions and assist clients in overcoming their supply chain challenges Ensure successful completion of day-to-day commitments and deliver exceptional service Collaborate with account leadership to develop effective pricing strategies Manage client expectations by utilizing metrics and establishing clear communication channels Contribute to the creation of business reviews and actively participate or lead client meetings Preferred Qualifications: Previous sales and/or account management experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Demonstrated skills in negotiation, collaboration, and influencing Logistics industry experience What we Offer: Competitive base salary Comprehensive healthcare benefits plan Unlimited paid vacation Opportunity for stock option grants based on performance Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Logistics: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
