Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal performance. Inspect trailers for safety compliance and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trailer repair. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanics preferred. Proven experience as a mechanic, specifically with semi-trailers or heavy-duty vehicles. Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in trailer repair. Valid driver's license; CDL preferred. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
