Position: Semi-Local Truck Driver Location: Joliet, IL Pay: $86,000 annually Looking for dedicated truck driving jobs? We are hiring semi-local CDL-A drivers! Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $86,000. Job Details: $0.61-$0.64 per mile Stop pay: $6 per stop Additional stop pay: $10-$20 per stop Drop and hook pay: $12 per event Outsource work: $225-$350 per day Attendance bonus: $100 per week Breakdown pay: $20 per hour Safety training: $20 per hour New hire training: $200 per day Holiday pay: $200 per day Frequent home time Onsite management Paid online orientation Driver Benefits: PTO accrues from day one 401(k) with company match Eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage after just 30 days Access to life insurance options Access to mental health and disability benefits - And so much more! POSITION DETAILS: Drivers will make multi-stop deliveries from the facility in Elwood , delivering to Home Depot stores in and around Minneapolis, Green Bay, Des Moines, St. Louis and the local Chicagoland area. No Touch Freight. Loading: 60% drop and hook / 40% live load. Average live-load time is approximately 1 hour but can exceed 2 hours depending on the vendor. Unloading: 75% drop and hook / 25% live unload. Average live-unload time is approximately 1 hour. Drivers are required to pick up backhauls delivering to the Chicagoland area. Drivers are off Thanksgiving and Christmas. Drivers will work New Year's Day. Holiday pay is effective immediately. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Hazmat is required within 90 days. The account will reimburse the cost of the Hazmat course and endorsement once obtained. Approximately 5%-10% of all loads are Hazmat. TRUCK INFO: Freightliner or International trucks. Automatic trucks only. No slip seating - trucks are assigned. Truck must remain at the account during time off. Passengers are not permitted. ***Must have a valid CDL-A to apply*** APPLY TODAY!
