Selector - 1st Shift

SHIFT: 1st HOURS: 7:00am - 4:30pm. Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays. Summary A Selector is responsible for evaluating and selecting various types of milk products based on quality, specifications, and customer requirements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Pull customer orders in sequence and place products on conveyor chain. Check each item after products are placed on the line. Apply the appropriate customer information to the product they select. Document code dates on load sheets as required. Identify and report all quality issues to their supervisor. Picks up trash and cooler spills from the work area and hoses down the chains, chain covers, and the floor daily. Manually palletizing products using a hand truck (dolly). Other duties as assigned. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. Perform basic math skills. Basic Requirements High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent. Manufacturing experience preferred.
