Duties Assist with the setup of holiday displays, including assembling structures, hanging decorations, and arranging festive elements according to design plans. Setting up 12x 12 easy up. Load and unload materials using appropriate delicate merchandise equipment, such as manual handling tools and material handling equipment Showing up on time for Set up and Break down is CRUCIAL for this roll. Break down displays efficiently after the event, including disassembling structures, packing decorations, and restoring the site to its original condition to be ready for the next Event. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of setup and breakdown tasks while adhering to safety guidelines Qualifications Previous organizing and customer service experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is highly desirable Knowledge of inventory management systems and order picking processes enhances efficiency in this role Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting safely and effectively Strong understanding of safety protocols related to retail operations and heavy equipment operation Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move continuously throughout shifts.
