Westcore Contracting Inc.Overview Shift: 10 on and 4 off. Seeking Experienced Dispatch & Operations Manager to coordinate and dispatch a modern fleet of Lowbed, Log, Water and Gravel Trucks. Duties Coordinate drivers and trucks for multiple projects. Use transportation management systems, and maintain accurate records. Complete data entry and typing tasks, review operational information, and apply analysis skills to identify discrepancies or delays. Handle calls professionally; communicate updates to colleagues and partners. Experience Required: Practical communication, data entry, typing, and phone etiquette skills, with the ability to maintain accurate operational records. Analysis skills support reviewing shipment details and resolving routine discrepancies. Preferred: Experience with dispatch or operations, freight and or supply chain. Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year Benefits: Extended health care Work Location: In person
