You’ll be the first line of defense for the site, keeping people, property, and operations safe every shift. Why You’ll Like Working Here Steady, consistent hours at a long term client site Full time and part time positions available Overtime available for those who want extra hours Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan A chance to build real experience in access control, patrol, and emergency response What You’ll Do Control access at the guard shack, checking in truck drivers, employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Conduct foot patrols of the yard, building, and fence line to spot and address security concerns early Protect property from theft and damage, and keep people safe from hazards Respond calmly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches by following site procedures Write clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity logs Use good judgment and de-escalation skills to handle conflicts professionally Open Shifts Swing: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Overnight: 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM Requirements Active California Guard Card Reliable transportation Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in all weather Live in San Leandro or a nearby city (Oakland, Hayward, Castro Valley, Alameda, San Lorenzo) Preferred, Not Required Security experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics setting Military or law enforcement background CPR, First Aid certification Ready to Apply?
