Job Description As a Security Officer in Saint Paul, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.15 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and/or personnel at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify authorization as required, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, access activity, and unusual occurrences. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
