As an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, and help maintain a secure, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 12:00 AM - 10:00 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 10:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain access-control records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns. Document daily activities, access-control events, incidents, and observations accurately using required logs, reports, and/or electronic systems. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
