Security Officer - Full Time Warehouse Logistics

As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Driver in Nazareth, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a logistics and distribution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and adherence to company driving standards. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and contribute to a positive environment by living our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and client guidelines.
• Assist with access control at designated entry and exit points, verifying credentials and helping to maintain order within the location.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including guiding individuals to designated areas and relaying information to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding any security-related concerns or incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
