Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Driver in Whitehouse Station, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a financial institution, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and help create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.34 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, access concerns, and other security-related incidents to appropriate personnel and/or responders. Monitor communication systems, alarm activity, and access control information; document incidents, dispatch actions, and relevant details in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, reporting observed irregularities, maintenance concerns, and potential risks. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
