Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Dispatcher at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related matters. You will help maintain access control records, communicate clearly with personnel and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM Sun 02:15 PM - 10:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and security-related dispatch activities at a financial services location. Monitor incoming calls, alarms, radio communications, and electronic notifications; document requests and dispatch appropriate personnel according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with on-site personnel and emergency responders as directed. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, key and access-control activity, and other required reports while protecting confidential information. Support regular and random patrol operations by monitoring check-ins, tracking officer locations, and communicating timely updates to supervisors and site personnel. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
