As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely response to security-related situations. You will maintain accurate records, assist with access control and badge-related needs, and provide professional customer service to employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 10:15 PM - 06:15 AM Tue 10:15 PM - 06:15 AM Wed 10:15 PM - 06:15 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific procedures. Communicate timely information to on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders as directed, using established communication protocols. Monitor security-related systems and report unusual activity, equipment concerns, and access-related issues to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
