Job Purpose: Manage entry and exit of vehicles, personnel and shipments across multiple trailer yard sites. Coordinating with operations and transportation teams to resolve issues, verifying driver appointments, and ensure efficient operations with excellent customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all trailer arrival and departure times. Verify driver appointments, and confirmation numbers. Coordinate and maintain communication with security personnel, operation, logistics teams, and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, secure warehouse operations, fostering a culture of effective communication and coordination. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high-level professionalism. Monitor and report incidents or suspicious activity to management. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, such as unexpected changes in traffic patterns, equipment failures or unexpected situations which may require conflict resolution and de-escalation. Clearly understand goals, policies, and procedures of RJW. Additional Responsibilities: Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Maintain confidentiality of company information.
