Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily scheduling and dispatch operations for our alarm technicians. This role is essential to ensuring timely service responses, coordinating installations and repairs, and maintaining clear communication with customers. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and urgent requests Monitor incoming service tickets and prioritize time-sensitive alarm issues Communicate appointment details, updates, and delays to customers Coordinate with technicians to adjust schedules and routes as needed Maintain accurate records in dispatch and CRM systems Provide real-time updates during high-priority situations Assist with documentation, job tracking, and follow-ups Support general office operations as needed Qualifications Experience with dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred Ability to stay calm and make decisions in time-sensitive situations Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in the alarm, security, or low-voltage industry Familiarity with Alarm.com is a plus, but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
