Security Dispatcher

An award-winning and beautifully maintained private condominium community located in Coconut Creek, Florida, is seeking dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated individual to join our team as Security dispatcher . Responsibilities: Fields all incoming calls from residents and login data into computer regarding visitors, etc. Assists Director and assitant director (via radio) in coordinating busses and security activities within the community. Provides assistance in all emergency situations. Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, addressing residents inquiries. Performs basic security guard functions in accordance with establish department policy and procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous security and/or law enforcement experience preferred. Skills in both verbal and written communication. Excellent Customer Service skills. Reliable, accountable, and punctual. Valid Florida Driver's License. Applicant must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
