Security Dispatch Operator (Overnight shift)

Location- Calgary AB- On Site Job Type- Full Time/Part Time, Permanent About the Role: We are a growing security company seeking a detail orientated Security Dispatch Operator for Overnight operations. This is not a general dispatch role- you will be the main point of contact for security guards in the field, managing incident responses, safety protocols and client communications during critical hours. If you have direct security dispatch experience, ability to think clearly under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Monitor employee wellbeing at assigned locations. Ensure required security tasks and procedures are being followed. Maintain accurate records and logs Handle communications with multiple locations and departments Monitor staff movements and equipment locations Inform personnel of traffic issues and other operational updates Respond to incidents and make timely, informed decisions Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of previous security dispatch or security operations experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening and decision-making abilities Effective time management and multitasking skills Clear speech and high attention to accuracy Ability to remain calm under pressure Fluency in a second language. Basic computer operation and data entry skills Job Type: Permanent Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour Benefits: Extended health care Application question(s): English fluency is required.
