We are a top-tier security guard company based in Oahu, providing uniformed guard services to hotels, condos, retail sites, construction zones, and more. Position: Dispatcher (Full-Time) Location: Aiea, Hawaii Schedule: Positions available for weekdays (Monday-Friday) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday), Swing and Graveyard Shifts available Reports To: Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: Shift Scheduling & Post Coverage Ensure all posts are filled across all client sites. Maintain and update the master schedule in real time. Communicate daily assignments to officers and supervisors. Coordinate immediate coverage for last-minute callouts or no-shows. Communication & Coordination Maintain open communication with all guards and supervisors regarding scheduling needs or changes. Coordinate directly with Operations Manager and Scheduler on shift updates or personnel changes when necessary.
