Second Shift Packaging Dispersal Attendant

Position Summary Fayman & Sorbello Food Group is seeking a dependable and organized Second Shift Packaging Dispersal Attendant to support packaging operations. This position is responsible for helping ensure packaging materials and supplies are properly organized, managed, and distributed efficiently to meet production needs. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, inventory management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Distribute packaging materials and supplies to support second-shift production operations. Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and transport materials as needed. Assist with inventory management, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining accurate material counts. Ensure packaging materials are available and accessible to meet production demands. Maintain an organized and orderly work area. Communicate with production team members and supervisors regarding material needs and inventory shortages. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; English-speaking candidates will also be considered. 1–2 years of forklift operating experience. Previous inventory management experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members. Work Environment This position supports second-shift packaging dispersal operations in a food manufacturing and production environment. The employee must be able to work collaboratively with production personnel to ensure materials are available and distributed efficiently.
