Seasonal Web Fulfillment Associate

Seasonal Part or Full Time Web Fulfillment Associate STAG’s Seasonal Web Fulfillment Associates will play a crucial role in our operations. They are responsible for picking, packing & auditing all outgoing e-commerce orders in partnership with STAG leadership. Availability is critical during 11/23/26 - 12/2/26 Warehouse CLOSED Thanksgiving Day and Christmas, and New Year's Day Seasonal Associate role will be available through early 2027 A successful Associate will have a high level of ownership, accountability, efficiency, and attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ORDER MANAGEMENT & FULFILLMENT Pick, pack, and audit all outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to internal fulfillment deadlines. Works directly with Customer Service Team to report any order issues to ensure timely resolution INVENTORY OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE Handle inventory, maintain cleanliness, and organize the warehouse space. Uphold high warehouse standards, including folding, sorting, and appropriate merchandise storage. Process, ticket, and organize new goods upon arrival in the warehouse. COMMUNICATION Openly communicates with fellow team members, store associates, and STAG leadership regarding all warehouse matters. Promote an inclusive and team-focused environment among staff and management. Communicates any disruption to fulfillment or inventory operations in a timely manner to ensure support can be provided and operations are not impacted. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Detail oriented problem solver High level of ownership & accountability Flexible, able to respond to high volume & shift priorities throughout the day Experience with inventory handling & fulfillment operations is preferred Strong communication skills and teamwork towards common goals 1-2 years relevant work experience - fulfillment, retail or apparel products a bonus Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
