What You'll Do
• Receive and process merchandise through picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders and returns, as well as loading and unloading trailers.
• Input data to create reports and track performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with vendors, associates, and locations to resolve any disputes and ensure compliance.
• Foster a safe work environment by adhering to all company, state, local, and OSHA safety regulations, and promptly reporting any violations.
• Follow all company policies and standards to maintain accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain regular attendance as per company guidelines and adhere to dress code requirements.
• Enjoy a flexible work schedule, being open to shifts and overtime based on operational needs.
What Skills You Have
Required:
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to understand and follow safety protocols and operational instructions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Willingness to complete training programs and be cross-trained in at least two departments.
