Position: Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor (Part-Time Contract – June 1-September 7, 2026)

Facility: Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada      Reports to: Retail Manager & Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and the Retail Manager the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the set-up maintenance and supervision of the Retail Warehouse. In addition, the Warehouse supervisor will oversee all incoming freight/goods shipments and process the inventory in a timely manner so that it is racked and ready for floor presentation. 

Please remember that due to the nature of our business, we work when others play in an attraction that is open 365 days of the year! You will be expected to be regularly available to work any shift during, before or after these hours of operation. 

Critical Accountabilities:

  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. 
  • Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. 
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards. 
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat.
  • Assist with inventory preparation and reconciliation. 
  • Comply with procedures, rules and regulations. 

Special Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. 
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel in order to stock shelves and move merchandise.
  • Ability to work at heights and use ladders as needed to perform duties. 
  • Must possess excellent communications skills.
  • Must possess valid ‘G’ Driver’s License.
  • Flexible work availability is required.
  • Previous Warehouse experience is essential.
  • Forklift Certification is an asset.

Pay Rate: $20.31/hourly
