Seasonal Warehouse & Production Associate

Job Overview Blackout Coffee Co. is looking for dependable, hardworking Seasonal Warehouse & Production Associates to join our team during our busy holiday season. This is a temporary seasonal position from November through January supporting both our Shipping and Production teams during peak season. This is a hands-on support role and does not require extensive training or previous coffee production experience. What You'll Do Depending on where help is needed each day, responsibilities may include: Picking products for our Shipping team to fulfill customer orders Stocking products and shipping supplies Assembling shipping boxes Preparing products and materials for shipping Crating coffee bags for Production Assisting with packaging hot cocoa, tea and other products Preparing packaging and materials for production runs Moving finished products, boxes and supplies Keeping warehouse and production areas clean and organized Assisting the Shipping and Production teams with other general tasks during peak season What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with strong attendance Hardworking and able to stay productive throughout the day Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment Able to follow instructions and work well with a team Willing to help wherever needed Able to stand and move throughout the workday Able to lift and move boxes and products as needed Able to lift up to 40lbs Warehouse, shipping or production experience is helpful, but not required Position Details Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (Saturdays when needed) Location: Fort Pierce, FL Employment: Temporary/Seasonal Expected Duration: November 2026 through January 2027 This position is specifically being hired to provide additional support during our peak holiday season. Seasonal employment is temporary and is expected to end after our peak season. NOTE: Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test, as applicable for the role. Training will be provided to the appropriate individual. Flexibility to perform other duties as needed based on company needs.
