This role is essential in ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Duties Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specified guidelines and quality standards. Verify product accuracy and ensure that all items are correctly labeled and packaged. Maintain organization within the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored in designated areas. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
