Seasonal Warehouse Associate – Order Picking & Packing Our World Shops, Inc. Pay: $20.00 per hour Job Type: Seasonal / Temporary Schedule: Flexible hours with opportunities for overtime Job Description Our World Shops, Inc. is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team for the busy holiday shopping season! We are an e-commerce company seeking seasonal warehouse associates to help pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Most of your time will be spent selecting products from warehouse shelves and carefully packing orders for shipment. We offer flexible scheduling, a friendly team environment, and opportunities to work additional hours during the holiday rush. Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves. Carefully pack products to ensure they arrive safely. Check orders for accuracy before shipping. Keep warehouse work areas clean and organized. Occasionally unpack and check in incoming shipments. Gift wrap customer orders as needed. Measure and cut fabric for customer orders when needed. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed. Schedule & Seasonal Availability Our regular warehouse hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM , but we can accommodate different schedules depending on your availability and our order volume. Flexible scheduling: We are open to applicants with varying weekday availability. Training: Approximately 10 hours of training are required, with training to be completed by November 9–10. Holiday rush: Starting around Black Friday and continuing for approximately one month, additional evening and weekend hours will be available, including opportunities for overtime. Extra hours: Applicants who want to work additional hours during our busiest weeks are especially encouraged to apply. Hours will vary based on order volume and individual availability. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and ready to work. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable standing, walking, and staying active during shifts. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
