Seasonal Warehouse Associate - Food Bank

Overview Join the food bank’s seasonal warehouse team and help move essential food safely and efficiently from receiving to distribution. You’ll support daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, sorting, bagging, distribution. Your impact: Your attention to detail, and commitment to move food donations from truck to storage, and distribution safely ensures food reaches community residents timely and accurately. Team player a must. Responsibilities Load and unload deliveries; receive, inspect, sort, stock, and package food and materials. Bag food goods for distribution, Load groceries into vehicles on distribution days. Helper for food donation pickups Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as needed; coordinate with other warehouse staff supporting distribution, sorting, bagging. Experience Warehouse experience in warehouse distribution, warehouse operations, , or materials handling is helpful. Familiarity with food bank distribution Ability to follow safety protocols, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and safely perform manual handling and heavy lifting. Pay: $19.00 - $19.28 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 – 22.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
