Seasonal Warehouse Associate – Day Shift $20.00 per hour | 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Seasonal through January 29 Looking for a seasonal job where 40 hours actually means 40 hours? Chef’s Corner Store is looking for one Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our small warehouse team for the holiday season. This position starts immediately and is expected to continue through Friday, January 29 . Warehouse experience is welcome, but dependability is more important to us than experience . We can teach you how our warehouse works. What we need from you is the ability to show up reliably, communicate with your teammates, follow instructions, and ask questions when you aren't sure about something. We're a small but mighty team and you'll work closely with all of them as well as associates in our office. Everyone works together to get the job done, particularly during the busy holiday season. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility during our holiday peak will be accurately picking customer orders. You'll also help with other warehouse responsibilities as needed, including: Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently Stocking and replenishing product Receiving and putting away merchandise Helping maintain an organized warehouse Assisting with returns and other general warehouse work Working with warehouse and office associates to solve problems and keep orders moving This is an active job. You'll be on your feet throughout the day, walking through the warehouse, handling merchandise, moving boxes, and using ladders or step ladders. What Matters to Us Dependability. Position Requirements Able to reliably work 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday Must be available to work Black Friday (the Friday after Thanksgiving) Willing to work occasional overtime and/or weekends during peak holiday periods Able to be on your feet and active throughout an 8-hour shift Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. Comfortable safely moving merchandise up and down ladders or step ladders Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team Previous warehouse experience is not required .
