Seasonal Warehouse Associate Carolina Cookie Company | High Point, NC Position Type: Temporary / Seasonal Pay: $14 - $18 Time Period: Nov – Dec (exact dates to be determined) About Carolina Cookie Company Carolina Cookie Company has been baking cookies and helping customers share thoughtful gifts since 1987. We are looking for dependable seasonal warehouse associates to help prepare, package, and ship customer orders during our busy holiday season. Position Summary Seasonal Warehouse Associates help ensure every gift is packed accurately, presented beautifully, and shipped on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced bakery and fulfillment environment. Duties may vary based on daily production and shipping needs. Responsibilities Assemble gift boxes, tins, bags, and shipping cartons. Pack cookies and other products according to order instructions and presentation standards. Add gift messages, branded materials, labels, and other custom items. Pick products and verify quantities, flavors, and packaging against order requirements. Inspect products and packaging for damage, quality, and accuracy. Seal cartons, apply shipping labels, and organize completed orders for carrier pickup. Help receive deliveries, restock supplies, and organize inventory. Keep workstations and shared areas clean, orderly, and safe. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Work with supervisors and teammates to meet daily fulfillment goals. Qualifications Experience and ability to use Warehouse system to process order, track inventory, and create shipments. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic reading, counting, and order-checking skills. Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and adjust to changing priorities. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Warehouse, packing, retail, or food production experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided. Physical Requirements The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive packing tasks, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving products and shipping cartons. Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule and Availability Reliable availability throughout the agreed seasonal employment period is essential. Additional hours, overtime, and weekend shifts may be needed during peak periods.
