Summary/Objective The Warehouse Associate I position receives, stores and distributes products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. This includes, picking products for all orders, helping unload containers, restocking, filling product requests and returning all cancellations. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Pick all blanks and components for every job 2. Check to ensure proper colors, quantities, and products are pulled for each job 3. Record each transaction on the correct log 4. Put all pulled jobs in proper staging areas, record that location on sheet, and key out that job on the nearest computer 5. Transfer products when stock levels are low 6. Complete all job changes 7. Help unload containers 8. Responsible for retrieving job cancellations 9. Put away all return to stocks 10. Pull and pack all no-imprints/scan those jobs 11. Pull all products for product requests ASAP 12. Learn to use the in-house ERP system 13. General housekeeping Competencies: 1. Detail Orientated 2. Good Communication Skills 3. Organizational Skills 4. Time Management 5. Initiative Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This position works in a warehouse/production setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers. Also, routinely operate a fork truck. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Employee is required to use a ladder. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time and part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m or 8:30am-5pm. Travel: No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience: · Minimum of a high school education Preferred Education and Experience: · Some warehouse experience Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Must be able to lift boxes up to 75lbs. Must be able to use a weigh scale. Must know how to operate a fork lift. Must know how to use a pallet jack. Must be able to use a ladder.
