Seasonal Storage & Inventory Organization Specialist

Job Description Christmas Elves is looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented, and dependable person to help us clean, organize, and prepare our storage units for daily operations. We’re looking for someone who genuinely LOVES organizing. The type of person who enjoys sorting, cleaning, labeling, and making sure everything has its own place. We install holiday lighting and decorations throughout the Southeast and have a large amount of inventory, equipment, and supplies that need to be organized and easily accessible. This isn’t just a cleaning job. We want someone who takes initiative, thinks of better ways to organize things, and takes pride in making a space look great. Responsibilities ● Clean, sort, and organize storage units ● Organize Christmas lights, decorations, tools, and equipment ● Label bins, shelves, and inventory ● Create efficient storage systems ● Keep workspaces clean and organized ● Help prepare materials for installation crews ● Assist with inventory management as needed Who We’re Looking For Experience isn’t nearly as important as personality and work ethic. We’re looking for someone who is: ● Extremely organized and detail-oriented ● Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy ● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently ● Someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning and organizing ● Able to take initiative without constant direction ● Willing to help with other storage and inventory tasks as needed No previous warehouse experience required. The primary focus will be organizing and preparing our storage units for efficient daily operations during our busy holiday season.
