At Rodd & Gunn you buy better so that you can buy less often. POSITION OVERVIEW The Seasonal Stock Associate plays a vital role in supporting our stock operations during the busiest time of year. Working alongside our Full-Time Stock Associate, you will ensure the stockroom and sales floor are consistently maintained to the highest standard. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to ensuring the team can maximize sales by keeping product available, organized, and ready for our customers. You will independently manage stock operations on the Stock Associates' scheduled days off, maintaining standards and following established processes. KEY TASKS / ACCOUNTABILITIESSTOCK RECEIVING & PROCESSING Assist with receiving daily deliveries and checking off documentation Tag, sensor, prep, and organize all merchandise following Rodd & Gunn standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back stock area arranged by size, style, and category Support efficient processing of all incoming products for quick floor turnaround Uphold stockroom safety requirements and company standards SALES FLOOR SUPPORT Complete daily floor tidy and morning floor preparation Refill the sales floor with correct sizes, ensuring full size ranges at all times Perform best-seller and gap refills throughout the day Ensure no duplicate sizes sit in back stock unnecessarily Maintain hanger standards (thin, thick, blazer hangers as required) Support visual merchandising by ensuring maximum sellable product is consistently filled STOCK MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION Assist with stock receiving and accepting stock in the POS Support negative stock investigations and adjustments Help complete stock adjustment forms and track faulty product Contribute to weekly replenishment “Wish Lists” by identifying floor gaps Execute consolidations and transfers as directed by the Stock Manager Participate in mini stocktakes and inventory accuracy checks Follow all policies related to stock control, POS accuracy, and operational compliance PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability Able to work independently and follow direction accurately High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Physically comfortable with unpacking boxes, lifting, folding, and moving product Always maintains high personal presentation standards Friendly, team-oriented, and aligned with Rodd & Gunn values Perks & Benefits: Employee discount Bonus/Commission Program Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal Pay: From $18.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
