Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Duties Support sales floor activities by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability. Operate inventory control systems using RF scanners and assist with shipping and receiving processes. Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, following safe lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales areas, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Assist customers with product inquiries, provide retail store product knowledge, and support sales transactions at the cashier station. Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks, manual handling, and proper packaging of products for display or shipment. Collaborate with team members in warehouse operations, merchandising, and stock replenishment to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock control. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling while adhering to safe lifting practices. Basic math skills for counting inventory, processing transactions, and managing stock levels. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
