Seasonal Print Production & Fulfillment Assistant

About the Job JStudios creates personalized keepsakes. We’re hiring dependable seasonal assistants to help produce, inspect, pack and ship holiday orders. Paid training is provided. Schedule October: Approximately 8 hours per week, typically two scheduled four-hour shifts for training and production. November–December: Hours increase with holiday demand, with approximately 30–32 hours per week expected during peak periods. Work is primarily Monday–Friday. Specific shifts and the seasonal end date will be agreed before hiring. Applicants must be available for both the limited October schedule and increased holiday hours. Responsibilities Prepare products and printed designs, including cutting, aligning and taping. Assist with printers and heat presses after training. Check photographs, personalization, quantities and finished product quality. Keep products organized and matched to the correct customer orders. Pack products securely, apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch. Restock supplies and maintain an organized workspace. Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and a steady working pace. Comfortable with repetitive hands-on work and basic computer tasks. Able to read order instructions and communicate about work tasks and safety in English. Able to perform tasks involving extended standing and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Printing, packing, warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required.
