Seasonal Part Time Warehouse Associate

We are a vertically integrated business that designs, produces, sells and fulfils custom mechanical keyboard products to customers around the world. Founded in 2021, we have become one of the largest brands within our industry with warehouses in Markham, Ontario and Tonawanda, New York. We are searching for a seasonal warehouse and fulfillment associate from November to end of January 2027 to join our fast-paced, growing e-commerce business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our US warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through various processes including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers for loading and unloading materials. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order picking processes. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of products as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and ensure timely order fulfillment. Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation as necessary. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow instructions and maintain records. Experience with warehouse management systems is desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift, demonstrating physical stamina and strength.
