Lead by example to create outstanding customer experiences Support and coach Customer Consultants to drive sales and customer engagement Assist with training and onboarding new team members Handle customer questions and concerns confidently and professionally Support visual merchandising, replenishment, inventory management, and store presentation Partner with Store Management to achieve sales and performance goals Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture Act as a trusted resource for your team while supporting daily store operations Bring energy, enthusiasm, and holiday spirit to every shift What We're Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or keyholder role A passion for customer service and the beauty industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence coaching and motivating others Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and solution-focused mindset Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
