Seasonal Part-Time Fulfillment Associate

Seasonal Part-Time Fulfillment Associate Blue + Ewe is hiring two dependable team members to help prepare products and fulfill orders for multiple companies during our busy season. This hands-on role involves product preparation, picking, packing, labeling, and keeping orders organized and accurate. Position details Openings: 2 Pay: $12 per hour Job type: Part-time, seasonal Work location: On site in Morristown, TN 37814 Schedule: At least 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on order volume. Specific shift times are to be determined. Anticipated seasonal dates: November 23, 2026–February 1, 2027, subject to confirmation. What you'll do Prepare and organize products for order fulfillment. Pick the correct items and quantities for each order. Pack products carefully and apply labels accurately. Check orders for accuracy and report missing or damaged items. Keep workstations, products, and packing supplies clean and organized. Follow instructions and work with the team to meet daily priorities. What we're looking for Dependable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation to and from the work location. Strong attention to detail and care when handling products. Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and communicate clearly. Ability to perform hands-on tasks such as standing, reaching, and moving products and packages, with or without reasonable accommodation. No degree required. Fulfillment, packing, shipping, or retail experience is helpful. This is a seasonal, part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance and ongoing business needs. Full-time employment is not guaranteed.
