Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Seasonal Packaging Technicians to join our manufacturing team during peak production periods. This could potentially lead to a full- time role. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of products in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will help maintain high-quality standards, meet production deadlines, and support overall operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing processes, packaging equipment, and safety protocols while working in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensuring smooth and continuous operation according to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform routine mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs on packaging machinery to minimize downtime. Handle materials safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting and proper use of material handling equipment such as forklifts. Interpret production documents accurately to verify packaging specifications and quality requirements. Adhere strictly to safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and safety protocols during all tasks. Assist with warehouse operations, including materials handling, inventory management, and proper storage of packaging supplies. Support assembly tasks related to packaging components and participate in maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Skills Knowledge of manufacturing facility operations, including GMP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA regulations. Experience operating packaging equipment and materials handling tools such as forklifts and material handling carts. Mechanical troubleshooting skills with an understanding of industrial equipment maintenance. Ability to interpret production documents and follow detailed instructions accurately. Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks. Familiarity with industrial safety standards in production environments and strict adherence to safety protocols. Strong mechanical knowledge related to assembly, equipment troubleshooting, and industrial machinery operation.
