Position Overview:
The Outbound Loader is instrumental in the efficient operations of our Distribution Center. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and accurately loading outbound shipments onto trailers.
The base pay for this position is $19.00/hr, along with additional benefits including:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lifting, loading, and stacking items onto/ off conveyors, trailers, pallets, etc.
• Frequent handling of cartons during working hours.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75lbs / 34kgs repeatedly.
• Understanding and adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Operating and understanding warehouse systems and equipment, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and merchandise handling equipment.
• Sorting merchandise accurately according to established guidelines.
• Exhibiting strong attention to detail and following directions.
• Being willing to train and operate motorized and non-motorized equipment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Distribution Center.
• Previous outbound loading experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to transition between different job functions as needed.
• Availability to work mandatory overtime when required.
• Ability to meet productivity standards post-training.
• Strong teamwork skills to support overall operations.
• Following safety protocols, including hazardous material handling procedures.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and standing for long periods.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
