Seasonal Order Processing & Shipping Coordinator – $23/hour | Christmas Wreath Company

Harbor Farm is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to join our office team for the 2026 Christmas season. This position will begin October 26th and wrap up around December 4th. For 40 years, Harbor Farm has handcrafted Maine Christmas wreaths and shipped them to customers across the country. During our busiest few weeks of the year, thousands of orders move from our office to production and shipping. This position plays an important role in making sure every order is processed accurately and reaches the production team at the right time. What You’ll Do Process batches of customer orders and shipping labels using ShipWorks Carefully review orders for accuracy before labels are printed Print, sort, and organize shipping labels and gift messages Match and staple gift messages to the correct shipping labels Organize completed label batches into clearly labeled file boxes for production Maintain accurate digital and physical files so orders can be located quickly Deliver batches of labels to our production area throughout the day Research and resolve address problems using online tools and, when necessary, coordinate with our customer service team Help identify and resolve order or shipping issues before they reach production Work closely with our office and production teams to keep thousands of holiday orders moving smoothly What We’re Looking For This is an excellent position for someone who likes organized, detail-focused work and takes satisfaction in getting things exactly right. The ideal candidate is: Extremely detail-oriented — small errors can affect the wrong customer's order, so accuracy is critical Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple batches of paperwork Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately even during busy periods Dependable and able to work independently once trained Comfortable using Google search and basic spreadsheets Good at spotting when something doesn't look right and investigating before moving forward Able to go up and down one flight of stairs multiple times throughout the workday Experience with ShipWorks, shipping software, order-processing systems, spreadsheets, or e-commerce is helpful, but not required .
