Duties:
• Receive and process digital orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize computer tools, online applications, and Excel documents to manage orders.
• Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipping, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all digital orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Engage with Rogers Preferred customers via phone and online to build relationships, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience in an office setting is required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in online applications and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with Zendesk Suite is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time - Seasonal
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
