The Manufacturing Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing inventory levels within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory records, supports production needs, and helps maintain efficient supply chain operations by coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records in systems Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances Track raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Generate inventory reports and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce waste Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or supply chain operations Experience with inventory management systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel The hourly pay range for this role is $18.50-$22.50.
