ntaining the movement of materials and inventory following our department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position combines manual labor with the operation of low-complexity equipment.
The base pay for this position is $17.50/hr, with additional benefits including:

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately count, pick, pull, and pack inventory according to SOPs
• Use basic math skills to verify and adjust order quantities
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and manual tracking to manage inventory flow
• Follow company safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
• Lift cases, cartons, and inventory from conveyor lines or storage areas
• Continuously lift up to 25 pounds throughout your shift, including reaching both above and below shoulder level
• Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the distribution center when needed
Minimum Salary: $17.50 per hour

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics setting is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capability to stand for your entire shift (with breaks)
• Proficient in multitasking
• Self-motivated and a team player
