Job Description The Inventory Associate supports our dispensary operations, responsible for ensuring that all products are accurately recorded and properly stored in our inventory systems. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary's storage areas. The Inventory Associate will work closely with the Dispensary Manager and other staff to ensure that all products are readily available for sale. Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities Receive and verify all incoming shipments of products and supplies Enter product information into the inventory management systems Ensure that all products are stored in the appropriate location; maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispensary storage areas and help with packaging and labeling of products as needed Reach out to Cannabis team about COA discrepancies Working with FOH staff to restock the sales floor as needed Updating FOH about inventory updates, New Skus, Sold Out, Restocking Participate in shipping and receiving processes, including inspection of incoming materials and coordination of outbound shipments Perform regular inventory audits to ensure that all products are accounted for; develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and losses, internal and external Check Dutchie on a daily basis for restock purposes Assist with special strategic projects in support of sales operations such as in-store events Comply with all state and federal regulations related to dispensary operations Additional responsibilities as required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be 21 years or older Familiarity with Dutchie Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations preferred Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequent utilization of stairs and standing for extended periods of time Physical Requirements Business casual clothing Good hygiene Standing for 6+ hours Utilizing stairs throughout shifts Lifting 5-40 lb packages Pay: From $25.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
