ipments, inspecting equipment, and assisting with maintenance to guarantee seamless operations. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to thrive in a dynamic agricultural environment where safety and teamwork are paramount.
Your Responsibilities:
• Perform various facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks and railcars.
• Conduct basic maintenance on equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to work in various temperatures and conditions, including heights of 4 to 150 feet, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing and bending.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in production work.
